Martin Vollmer

Martin Vollmer is currently the Chief R&D and Chief Sustainability Officer at BMI Group, where Martin is responsible for Global R&D including Technical Center and the Sustainability program. Prior to this role, Martin served as the Chief Technology Officer at Clariant, overseeing Global R&D, Corporate Innovation Platforms, IP Management, New Business Development, and more. With a background in Chemistry, Martin has held various leadership positions at companies like Bayer and has experience in strategic planning, research, and development. Additionally, Martin served as the Chairman of the Board at Scientific Design Company, Inc., a former SABIC-Clariant Partnership Company in Catalysis.
