Roberto Giubila

Roberto Giubila has over 20 years of work experience in various managerial roles in the roofing and construction industry. ROBERTO started their career as an Lieutenant in the Italian Air Force before transitioning into the private sector. ROBERTO has served as a Project Manager, Product Manager, and Process Engineer at Asfalti Breitner SPA. From there, they moved on to work as a Plant Manager in different regions for Brai SPA LafargeBraas SPA Group and Lafarge Roofing SPA. ROBERTO then served as the Plant Manager for Monier Spa, where they managed ceramic tile production. Roberto Giubila joined CEPRANO COPERTURE S.R.L. in 2017 as the Plant Director before moving to BMI Italia in 2018, where they currently hold the position of Dirigente BMI. In 2018, they also became the Plant Director for BMI Group (Roofing & Waterproofing).

Roberto Giubila completed their education with a Master's degree in Business Administration from Luiss Guido Carli University in 2008-2009. ROBERTO also obtained an Executive Master's degree in Business Administration from Luiss Business School during the same period. Earlier, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Perugia from 1992 to 1998. Additionally, they attended Italia Air Force Application School in 1991 to study Military Operational Art and Science, and also completed a Combact Ready program in Military Systems and Maintenance Technology at Nike Missile System School in Montichiari, Italy in the same year.
