Sandeep Jha is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director for Group Functions, IT, and Transformation at BMI Group since July 2021, where Sandeep has played a crucial role in the integration of the company following a merger. Prior to this, Sandeep held various positions at Vodafone from 2010 to 2021, including HR Head for key global technology functions and Senior HR Business Partner, focusing on digital transformation and succession planning. Sandeep's career began with internships at GlaxoSmithKline and EMC Data Storage Systems, complemented by an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in IT from Manipal Institute of Technology.
