Melanie Evans

Melanie Evans has been working at BMI Healthcare since March 2001 as the Regional Business Services Manager. In this role, Melanie manages the Hospital Business Services teams in the Northern Region and Business Services Team Leaders. Melanie is responsible for setting and monitoring performance objectives and KPI's, partnering with BBS Management team and Hospital Management teams, training Business Office and Hospital Staff on process implementation and improvement, as well as implementing BBS Dashboard. Prior to BMI Healthcare, Melanie worked as a Practice Manager at a solicitors firm from 1997 to 2001. Melanie holds a degree in business and finance from Open University.
