Earl Francis

Earl Francis has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, primarily specializing in lighting. Since July 1999, Earl has worked as a Roadie and Lighting technician for Gregg Allman and has been with BML-Blackbird Theatrical Services since March 1982, holding the title of Lighting +. Earl's background includes working as a Lighting technician for the Allman Brothers Band from June 1989 to October 2014, focusing on lighting, rigging, and stage operations. Prior to this career, Earl served in the US Army as an Airborne from March 1966 to September 1970. Earl Francis also pursued education at LCCC from 1970 to 1973 with a focus on Avionics and Electronics.
