Crystal Lowe is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and relationship management at BMO Financial Group since November 2013, currently serving as Senior Manager in Procurement. Crystal has successfully developed and managed the Procurement Relationship Management program, providing strategic sourcing support across various lines of business in both the US and Canada. Recognized for outstanding contributions, Crystal was nominated for the Future Leader Award at the 2016 World Procurement Awards and has received multiple accolades for performance excellence. Prior to BMO, Crystal held key roles at Capital One, where vendor management led to recognition with several awards, and at Procter & Gamble, where significant improvements in logistics processes were achieved. Crystal holds an MBA from Ryerson University and a Canadian Securities Course certification.
