Diane Murphy

Diane Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the agriculture and agribusiness sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & Team Lead for Agriculture & Agribusiness at BMO Commercial Bank since August 2020, Diane oversees the Commercial Agriculture Portfolio in the BC Fraser Valley, focusing on risk management, customer retention and growth, as well as leading a sales team. Diane has held multiple leadership roles at BMO Financial Group since October 2011, including Vice President Commercial for Agriculture Markets and Commercial Account Manager for Mid Market customers. Prior experience includes positions at Fam Credit Canada as Senior Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager, specializing in financing packages for large and complex agricultural businesses. Diane holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Natural Resources, Energy, and the Environment, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta.
