Elizabeth B.

Elizabeth B. is an accomplished financial services executive with extensive experience in retail credit risk management. Currently serving as the Head of North America Retail Credit and Chief Risk Officer at BMO since April 2018, Elizabeth leads a team of over 200 professionals in overseeing credit risk across more than $200 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held senior positions at President's Choice Financial, where revenue growth and market share objectives were key, and Scotiabank, where leadership spanned multiple credit risk-related functions and teams. Earlier experience includes roles in credit risk management at Royal Bank of Canada. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science degree and a Certificate in Analytics and Marketing from Queen's University, along with education from Western University and York University.
