Emmanuel Chelliah

Emmanuel Chelliah has extensive experience in fraud detection and analysis, currently serving as a Manager for New Account Onboarding and previously as an Assistant Manager at BMO, where responsibilities included actioning time-sensitive requests and assisting with data collection on Demarket projects. Prior roles include positions as a Fraud Analyst at both owl.co and Intact, where investigations into suspicious activities and claims were conducted across various regions and financial products. Emmanuel also held roles as a Fraud Officer at RBC, optimizing investigative processes and training new team members, as well as experience in sales and customer service with TD and Best Buy Canada. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Ontario Tech University and certifications in Data Analytics and Risk Management.
