Jody Cheng

Jody Cheng is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational change and talent management, currently serving as Head of U.S. People, Process & Change at BMO. Previous roles include Director of HR Acquisitions & Divestitures and Director of HR Business Partner at BMO, along with HR Manager at IRI, HR Business Partner at Jones Lang LaSalle, and Divisional Recruiter at Learning Care Group, Inc. Jody also held the position of Project Coordinator/Recruiter at Talent Resource Solutions. Jody Cheng holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 2000 and 2005, and completed studies at William Fremd High School from 1996 to 2000.
