Larissa Chaikowsky

Larissa Chaikowsky is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the US Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Talent Reskilling & Acceleration at BMO since June 2010. Chaikowsky has held various leadership roles within BMO, including Chief Operating Officer for US Wealth Management and Chief Human Resources Officer for T&O and Corporate Areas. Additionally, Chaikowsky has served as a Board Member for Capital Markets Corporation and held a position on the Board of Directors for MINDCURE from April 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Bank of Montreal, along with a solid educational background comprising an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Carleton University.
