Martin Vermette

Martin Vermette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process excellence and procurement enablement. Since June 2013, Martin has served as Director at BMO, where leadership focuses on digitizing and optimizing Purchase-to-Pay processes across BMO Financial Group through the Procurement Center of Excellence. Martin has successfully led initiatives to enhance spend management and contract compliance while reducing manual invoices and other payment methods. Prior to BMO, Martin worked as a consultant providing strategic advice on continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and held roles in various organizations, including GSS, Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., and LxLi & West Monroe Partners. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
