Meredith Pike is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and commercial litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel and Vice President at BMO Financial Group since May 2019, Meredith has a robust background in representing both employers and employees in discrimination claims, crafting employee handbooks, advising on restrictive covenants, and handling injunction actions under the Illinois Trade Secrets Act. Prior to this role, Meredith practiced as an Employment Law and General Commercial Litigator at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. from October 2007 to May 2019, and served as an Attorney at Wiedner & McAuliffe, Ltd. from 2003 to 2007.
