Natalia Engert

Natalia Engert currently serves as SVP and Head of Strategy, Product Management, and Delivery for US Indirect Lending at BMO, a position held since July 2019. Previously, Natalia was SVP and Head of Enterprise Portfolio Services at Bank of the West from December 2017 to July 2019, overseeing multiyear strategic technology project investments. With extensive experience at Bank of the West from 2008 to 2016, Natalia managed a 42-member team within the Equipment Finance Division and held various leadership roles including Director of Equipment Finance Strategy and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier career experience includes serving as an AVP and Senior Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, where significant budgeting and forecasting responsibilities were managed for a global finance team. Natalia holds an MBA in Finance, MIS, and International Business, as well as a B.S. in Finance, both from the University of South Florida.
