Suchita Sikand

Suchita Sikand, MDPM, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of the Canadian Digital Onboarding Portfolio at BMO, a position held since February 2023. With extensive experience in product management and digital transformation, Suchita has previously held roles such as Head of Product at Optimy.ai and Senior Consultant at Hudson's Bay Company. Notable achievements include leading cross-functional teams to drive digital mortgage solutions at BMO, significantly contributing to revenue growth, and successfully implementing agile strategies in organizational structures. Additionally, Suchita plays a mentoring role with Girls In Tech in Toronto and holds a Master’s in Digital Product Management from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University.
