Yolanda Sims

Yolanda Sims, M.S., is an experienced professional in systems engineering, information assurance, and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at BMO Financial Group since June 2022. In this role, Yolanda builds change management plans and leads various activities related to technology and business application management. Prior to this, Yolanda worked at Tenet Healthcare as an Information Assurance Security Analyst, where evaluations of software application capabilities were conducted to enhance data security. As a System Analyst II at Foundation Medicine, enterprise designs for healthcare systems were managed, resulting in the development of over 13 dashboards for data-driven insights. Yolanda also contributed at CorporateLounge as a GRC Mitigation Analyst, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies. Previous roles include an Information Technology Project Coordinator at Ermer & Suter PLLC and a Digital Forensics Intern at Summit County Executive. Yolanda holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Science/Cyber Investigation from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services from Kent State University.
