Duncan Betts

Duncan Betts has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Duncan is currently the Global Head of IT Operations at BMS Group since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ElectraLink Ltd. as the Head of Service Delivery from July 2019 to June 2022. Duncan also held various positions at Willis Towers Watson, including Director of Insurance Consultancy and Technology from January 2018 to March 2019, Head of Risk Software Support from December 2013 to December 2017, and EMEA Client Services Manager from June 2005 to December 2013. Before that, they served as the Business Support Manager at HSBC Insurance Brokers Ltd from March 2003 to June 2005. Their earliest work experience was at Lazard, where they worked as a Technical Manager from February 1998 to January 2002.

Duncan Betts obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Administration from Brunel University London, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they also have various certifications including ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, SIAM BCS Foundation, Managing Diversity and Inclusion, PRINCE2™ Foundation Certification Training, AgilePM™ Foundation, AgilePM™ Practitioner, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
