Bennet Barth is a co-founder and managing director at RESPOND, where the accelerator program aids climate-tech entrepreneurs in transitioning towards a regenerative economy. Additionally, Bennet serves as the head of economy, technology, and innovation at the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, fostering a global network for innovative economies and resilient democracies. As an Obama Leader Europe 2023, Bennet engages in leadership training with President Obama and global experts. Bennet is also an advisory board member for the Mustard Seed Maze Fund, providing strategic guidance to an impact Venture Capital fund. Previously, Bennet held the position of investment associate at MAZE, contributing to positive social and environmental outcomes through impact investments. Early career experiences include consultancy in renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia and Western Africa, as well as an internship at GIZ focusing on wind energy projects. Bennet holds a Master of Science in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.
