Carolin Richter

Carolin Richter has extensive experience within the BMW Group, starting from September 2010 as an intern in the Lean Management Assembly Planning Department and advancing to various leadership roles including Head of Next Generation Robotics, Head of Industrialisierung Digitalisierung Shopfloor, and Lean Consultant since July 2011. In addition, Carolin has held positions such as Head of Learning Factory Plant México and Training Planner Assembly Plant Brasil. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Research Assistant at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena and working as an Educational Consultant for Southwestern Advantage. Carolin holds a Diplom in Psychology from Friedrich Schiller University Jena and completed a one-year study abroad program in Psychology at Cardiff University.
