Currently serving as the Senior Director of Design + Development at BN3TH since March 2022, Drew previously held several key roles, including Design Director at RYU Apparel Inc. and Senior Innovation Designer at Spanx. With a notable background at Native Shoes, Drew specialized in material innovation, focusing on sustainability and performance characteristics. As the owner and Design Director at Drew William, Drew managed all creative and business aspects from conceptual development to production. Additionally, Drew served as a Fashion Studies Professor at LaSalle College Vancouver, imparting knowledge on trend analysis and fashion production.
