Rachael Pease

Rachael Pease has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Rachael is currently the Vendor Diversity and Development Director at BNBuilders since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Vendor Diversity Manager at Skanska from October 2021 to June 2022. Rachael also held the position of Diversity Program Manager at Korsmo Construction, Inc. from September 2017 to October 2021, where they were responsible for managing diversity programs. Before that, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Korsmo Construction, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2017, where they handled administrative tasks and ensured project teams stayed on schedule. Rachael started their career as a Contract Administrator at Jody Miller Construction in July 2012 and worked there until January 2016.

Rachael Pease obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom, completing their education between the years 1992 and 1994.
