Rob Cruz

Rob Cruz has over 16 years of experience in maintenance management within the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Area Maintenance Manager at BNE Real Estate since November 2018, Rob previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at Lincoln Property Company from July 2015 to November 2018. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Maintenance at NSA from June 2013 to July 2015 and Maintenance Supervisor at Avalon Bay Communities Inc. from April 2007 to February 2013. Rob Cruz is an alumnus of Rockland Community College.
