Joel Gómez

Joel Gómez is an experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as the Founder of Luz Azul Agency since January 2020 and Cofounder of Pawy since September 2018. Significant roles include being a member of the BNI Colombia chapter Emprender since April 2023, and previously holding the position of Director of Innovation at JPA Seguros from November 2020 to June 2023. Joel Gómez played a pivotal role as Chief Innovation Officer and Cofounder of Aptitude from October 2019 to December 2021 and was CEO and Cofounder of Vortix from April 2009 to July 2020, where strategic leadership and continuous improvement were key focuses.
