Tracy Taylor is the current Head of Training & Development at BNI, UK & Ireland. Tracy has over fifteen years of experience in leadership development, including seven years with The Co-op. During their time with The Co-op, Tracy was responsible for creating leading edge development solutions to fulfill business need, project managing the leadership solution from inception to delivery, and own the process for engaging, managing and reviewing 3rd party suppliers and specialists. Tracy was nominated as HR Star in Project category by their HR colleagues.
