Mark Hanson is the non-executive chairman at BNN Technology plc. Mark has over 25 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. Prior to joining BNN Technology, they were a managing director at a private family office in the Middle East and USA. Mark has also served on the board of Gulf Keys as a non-executive director from January 2011 to December 2014. In their role as chairman of the audit committee, they were responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and disclosure process. Mark was also a member of the remuneration committee and nominations committee.
Mark Hanson attended The University of Auckland, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law.
