Hein Hardy

Hein Hardy, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment operations. Since September 2006, Hein has held various leadership roles at BNP Paribas Asset Management, currently serving as Head of Investment Operations, overseeing global activities related to position keeping, NAV oversight, and transaction processing across teams in Brussels and Chennai. Previous positions include Head of Investment Position Keeping and Head of Reference Data, where Hein managed large teams and implemented significant system upgrades. Additionally, Hein served on the board of the Belgium CFA Society from 2012 to 2020, including terms as President and Past President. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Performance and Risk Analyst at Fortis Investments. Hein holds a Master's in Banking and Finance and a Master's degree in applied economics from Ghent University.
