Julien Mechler

Julien Mechler is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and investment strategy. Currently serving as Head of SubAdvisory at BNP Paribas Asset Management since September 2020, Julien leads the development of the group's SubAdvisory activities. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of Senior Advisor at INDEFI from January 2017 to September 2021, providing strategic growth consultancy to financial institutions. Julien’s earlier experience includes serving as Chief Investment Officer at Neuflize OBC Investissements from January 2010 to August 2016, where Julien was part of the Executive Board and focused on open architecture and multi-management. As a co-founder and General Director of Asset Allocation Advisors from March 1998 to December 2009, Julien developed notable expertise in investment solutions. Additional roles include Strategist at Banque Neuflize Schlumberger Mallet and Quantitative Analyst at Société Générale Asset Management. Julien Mechler holds degrees from Ecole normale supérieure and ENSAE.
