Michael Herskovich

Michael Herskovich serves as the Global Head of Stewardship at BNP Paribas Asset Management since October 2008 and is a member of the Board of Governors for the International Corporate Governance Network since 2020. With a strong background in corporate governance, Michael previously held the title of Global Head of Corporate Governance, where responsibilities included proxy voting policy establishment and execution, corporate governance analysis, and issuer engagement. Michael also holds leadership positions such as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the International Corporate Governance Network and Corporate Governance Committee Chair for AFG. Additionally, Michael's early professional experience includes legal roles in various firms, alongside education achievements including a Master 2 in Corporate and Business Law and current doctoral studies in Shareholder Engagement.
