Salim Bayou

Salim Bayou currently serves as the UK Chief Risk Officer at BNP Paribas Asset Management, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Salim was the Interim Head of Operational Risk at St. James’s Place from May 2023 to September 2023. From June 2019 to November 2022, Salim served as the Head of Risk at Marathon Asset Management Limited, and from November 2017 to June 2019, held the title of Head of Operational Risk at Santander Asset Management. Salim's career at BNP Paribas Asset Management began in March 2011, where Salim progressed to the role of Head of Operational Risk until October 2017.
