Małgorzata Jacygrad

Małgorzata Jacygrad has a diverse work experience in various industries. Małgorzata currently holds the position of IT Strategy Bureau Director at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Transformation Manager at Elekta from 2021 to 2023, where they managed and drove initiatives for standardization, optimization, and process digitalization.

From 2013 to 2018, Jacygrad served as the Head of Operations and Customer Relations Management at Nordea Pensions. Małgorzata then moved on to Nordea Life & Pensions Poland, where they held the position of Head of PMO from 2013 to 2013 and Project Manager from 2010 to 2012.

Before joining Nordea, Jacygrad worked at Deloitte Advisory Sp. z o.o. as a Consultant/Senior Consultant from 2007 to 2010. Małgorzata began their career at SAP AG as an Associate from 2006 to 2007.

Małgorzata Jacygrad obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the years 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they participated in the Sokrates-Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Mannheim in the year 2006 to 2007, where they focused on Marketing and Management. Małgorzata also holds certifications, such as Lean Green Belt from Leanpassion (obtained in 2023) and PMP from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2013).
