Małgorzata Sosnowska

Małgorzata Sosnowska has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking sector. Małgorzata is currently the Managing Director of SME and Commercial Clients Line at BNP Paribas Bank Polska. Previously, they held the position of Head of Business Clients Department at Santander Bank Polska from February 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director of the Southern Region in the Business and Corporate Banking Division at Santander Bank Polska from August 2019 to January 2021.

Before joining Santander, they worked at Bank Pekao S.A., where they held various roles. Małgorzata was the Macroregion Director from 2013 to 2019, Director of Consumer Goods Area/Large Corporate Department from 2003 to 2013, and Head of International Markets Unit within Structured and Trade Finance Department in 2003.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Amerbank as the Head of German Desk from 2001 to 2002, at DZ BANK AG as Deputy Director from 1997 to 2000, and at MHB Mitteleuropaeische HandelsBank as a Specialist in the Banking Department from 1993 to 1997.

Małgorzata Sosnowska completed their Master's degree in Economy from Krakow University of Economics from 1983 to 1988. Małgorzata also pursued IT in Banking from Siemens – Nixdorf Study Center from 1992 to 1993, and later studied IT in Management and Finance at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences from 1998 to 2002.
