Seweryn Czapla

Seweryn Czapla has extensive work experience in the technology sourcing and procurement field. Seweryn is currently employed as the Technology Sourcing Lead at BNP Paribas Bank Polska, where they manage the technology sourcing and vendor management area within the bank's IT division. Prior to this role, Seweryn worked at Vodeno, where they served as the Chief Customer Success Officer and Head of Procurement/Vendor's Management. In this position, they built an international procurement function for a 450 million EUR investment of a portfolio company. Seweryn also has experience working at ING Bank Śląski, where they held various roles, including Manager IT Strategic Sourcing/Deputy Director in the Procurement and Vendors' Management Department. Seweryn Czapla obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów. Seweryn then pursued a Master's degree in Banking, Insurance, and Investments at Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici from 2005 to 2007.
