Aliaksandr Lapotka

Aliaksandr Lapotka is a seasoned Agile Coach and Senior Agile Coach with extensive experience in software engineering and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at BNP Paribas Cardif since February 2025, Aliaksandr previously held the position of Agile Coach/SW Engineering Manager at Make, where responsibilities included building high-performing teams and managing software engineering for the Public Web team. Prior roles at PwC, SAP Concur, Creative Dock, and CA Technologies involved leading agile practices, mentoring teams, and spearheading product development initiatives. With a strong academic background in Information Technology from the Prague University of Economics and Business, Aliaksandr has consistently demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks, team empowerment, and project management across various sectors.
