Barbara Magri

Barbara Magri, PMP, has been with BNP Paribas Cardif since 2000, where Barbara advances through various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Application Management, Barbara oversees Data, Finance, Regulatory, and Customer Experience areas, managing the evolution of business applications, security, continuity, obsolescence, budget, and supplier relations. Key projects include expanding the Data team for a complex five-year roadmap, migrating SAP to SAP S4/HANA within Finance, and leading a five-year evolution roadmap for Customer Experience. Previous titles include Head of Test Competence Center, where Barbara implemented a new test strategy across IT, IT Governance Manager responsible for establishing governance frameworks, and IT Application Manager focused on business protection applications. Additionally, Barbara has experience as a Certified Trainer at Istituto Italiano di Project Management and as an IT Business Analyst at Mizar Informatica Spa.
