Carmen Drazza

Carmen Drazza is an experienced professional in the finance and operations sectors, currently serving as the Head of the Chief Operating & Transformation Office at BNP Paribas Cardif since September 2018, where responsibilities include governance, reporting, and budget and cost management. Prior to this role, Carmen held various positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd from September 2007 to September 2018, including Outsourcing Manager, Finance Transformation Project Manager, and Finance Transformation - Italy Coordinator, focusing on Solvency II, M&A projects, and operational processes. Carmen began the career as a Global Associate at Zurich Insurance Company and also worked as a SAP Business Analyst at Accenture. Educational qualifications include an executive program in Financial Risk Management from MIP-Politecnico Di Milano and a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
