Stéphane Jacquet

Stéphane JACQUET is an experienced professional with over 25 years in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Directeur de programmes Transformation RH Corporate at BNP Paribas Cardif since August 2011. In this role, Stéphane oversees a program focused on workforce planning, training, recruitment, and retention for 700 individuals. Previously, Stéphane held several key positions including Directeur des Services Clients Assurance Vie, where responsibilities included managing a team of 55 in life insurance operations and leading digital transformation initiatives. Stéphane has also contributed as Directeur Marketing Clients Adjoint, supporting client experience and analytics, and in the Secrétariat Général France, driving change management and cultural transformation for a workforce of 1,700. Prior to BNP Paribas Cardif, Stéphane worked at Accenture in various managerial roles. Stéphane holds a BAC+5 in Finance and Sales from EDHEC Business School and completed preparatory studies for HEC at Intégrale.
