Beyza Koyas

Beyza Koyas serves as the Global Head of Banking at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, overseeing a pan-European strategy focused on profitability, regulatory compliance, and market-specific needs, while managing global banking partnerships and the deposits business. Prior to this role, Beyza held key positions at BNP Paribas, including Head of Marketing Stream and Head of Strategic Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer experience and leading multidisciplinary teams. Beyza's extensive experience also includes executive roles at TEB-BNP Paribas Joint Venture, leadership positions on the Board of Directors for TEB Cetelem, and consulting roles at Portrait Software and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Beyza holds a Master of Arts in Creative Enterprises from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
