Colin Mitchell

Colin Mitchell is an experienced professional with a background in operations and finance. Currently, Colin serves as the Head of Customer Contact and previously held roles such as Head of Customer On-Boarding, Retention & Experience and Underwriting Manager at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. Prior experience includes serving as the Business Improvement Manager at Diageo Northern Ireland and holding the positions of Head of Finance for Ulster Bank Retail Branches and Senior Manager for Finance, Risk & Admin at Ulster Bank Retail Direct. Colin obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moore's University and completed education at St Michael's SHS Lurgan from 1990 to 1994.
