Florent Marette

Florent Marette currently serves as the Global Head of Granting, Customer Service and Collections at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since April 2020, following a role as Global Head of Collections and Recovery. Prior to this, Florent held the position of COO Personal Finance at Bank of the West from January 2018 to March 2020, and briefly served as COO at Consors Finanz BNP Paribas in late 2017. Florent's extensive experience also includes COO roles at Commerz Finanz GmbH and BNP Paribas Personal Finance Romania, along with various operational positions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from 2003 to 2012. Florent's academic background consists of a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a Licence in Economics from Université catholique de Lille.
