Jayne Licari

Jayne Licari has extensive experience in brand management, external communications, and marketing within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Brand & External Communications at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since December 2003, Jayne oversees brand strategy, reputation management, PR, media relations, and events. Previous roles include Credit Card Manager for Strategic Projects at MBNA and various positions at American Express, where responsibilities included managing partner marketing across EMEA and driving upsell efforts for charge cards in the UK. Earlier experience also includes managing advertising and PR for Goldfish and retention marketing for HSBC. Jayne holds a BA Hons in German & Business Studies from the University of Hull, a Diploma in Commercial German, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking.
