Olivier Marcucci

Olivier Marcucci is a seasoned leader in organizational transformation and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Global Transformation Leader and head of the Agile@Scale expertise center at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since January 2021. Olivier's role involves steering a comprehensive Agile@Scale transformation program aimed at shifting the culture and governance of 4,000 employees globally, aligned with the company's 2025 strategic plan. Previously, Olivier held significant positions at Cetelem, leading the transformation and change management efforts for PF Portugal, and at BNP Paribas, where various roles included Chief of Staff to the CEO and Senior IT Auditor. Olivier's career began in IT project management and web development, including consulting for BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking. An alumnus of the Master's degree program in Information and Systems Science, Olivier brings extensive expertise across multiple sectors and regions.
