Tina Taylor

Tina Taylor is an experienced professional in communication and product management, currently serving as the Head of Internal Communication at BNP Paribas Personal Finance since January 2018. In this role, Tina spearheaded a crucial communications strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic, significantly enhancing digital communication and employee engagement. Previously, Tina worked as a Senior Propositions Manager, developing retail and credit finance offerings informed by market insights, and held various product and proposition management roles at npower Business. Additional experience includes positions in business development and product management at Tracsis, bmi, and Virgin Trains, spanning functions from new product development to customer service. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, Design, and Communication from Birmingham City University and completed education at King Edward VI Handsworth Grammar School for Girls.
