Steve Clarke

Steve Clarke is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Head of Internal Communication at Virgin Atlantic since January 2017. In this role, Steve leads a team to implement the People Engagement Strategy, focusing on enhancing employee happiness and engagement. Prior to this, Steve held various leadership positions at RBS, including Senior Manager of Communication Channels, as well as significant roles at the University of Brighton and TUI UK & Ireland, where strategic communication and content development were central responsibilities. Steve's education was completed at Oaklands in Waterlooville.
