Bernardo Cerqueira

Bernardo Cerqueira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Trainer and Coach at The Lean Six Sigma Company Portugal, Bernardo also holds the position of CI Data Solutions Team Manager at BNP Paribas since March 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating Lean Six Sigma project teams and managing team development. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Lean Project Manager, showcasing a strong track record in operational improvements and stakeholder management. Bernardo has also led teams at Parfois as a Team Leader and Logistics Project Manager, and contributed as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at RCC - Premium Shirtmakers. With a solid educational foundation in Engineering and Industrial Management from the University of Porto, alongside a master's degree from LUT University, Bernardo brings a wealth of expertise in lean methodologies and digital tools to drive process enhancements.
