Flavie Motte

Flavie Motte has been with BNP Paribas since November 2004 and currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for BNP Paribas Canada. Flavie has a strong background in HR, having held various HR Business Partner positions within the company. Flavie is also responsible for leading the HR strategy for the territory Flavie oversees, focusing on People Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, and supporting Business development Strategy. Additionally, Flavie is part of the Territory Exco team. Flavie has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a degree in Private Law.
