Janina Bilger

Janina Bilger serves as the Chief Information Officer at BNP Paribas Cardif since July 2020, overseeing the IT department with a focus on operational efficiency and customer orientation. Previously, Janina led a software development team, managing application lifecycle processes for B2B2C applications related to claims and insurance product sales, along with acting as Requirement Manager and IT project manager. From June 2011 to June 2020, Janina held several roles at AOK Baden-Württemberg, including Product Owner for the online customer portal "Meine AOK" and part-time lecturer on social media and data protection. Janina also managed web analytics, digital marketing, and content management in earlier positions. Janina completed a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media from the University of Bremen and studied at Middle East Technical University.
