Joe Rubin

Joe Rubin is an accomplished professional with significant experience in financial services technology, particularly in settlement and clearing operations. Currently, Joe serves as the Head of Financial Services Settlement/Clearing IT and CIO of BNPP Securities Services Americas, after holding the position of Managing Director and Head of Clearing Regulatory and Execution Technology for North America. Previous roles include Director of Prime Broker Clearance and Settlement Technology, Principal Operations Clearance and Settlement Transition Lead at Bank of America, and Assistant Vice President of International Stock Lending and Clearance at Pershing. Joe's technical background is further strengthened by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Science from N.Y.U. Polytechnic University.
