Paulo Matos

Paulo Matos is a seasoned procurement and sourcing expert with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Procurement Team Manager at BNP Paribas since July 2020, Paulo oversees Fixed Price Procurement, managing teams in IT, Professional Services, and Corporate Services. Prior to this role, Paulo held the position of Procurement Operations Fixed Price Senior Team Leader at BNP Paribas, where responsibilities included establishing the Lisbon Procurement Business Service Center. Paulo has also been a Procurement and Sourcing Leader at SGL Carbon, a Sourcing and Procurement Director at Sovena Group, and has held multiple significant roles at L'Oréal over a 15-year period, focusing on sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.
