Pieter Kars

Pieter Kars is an experienced HR professional with a Master’s Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Tilburg University. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at BNP Paribas since June 2021 and previously in a similar role at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek from July 2018 to June 2021, Pieter has also gained substantial experience as an HR Advisor at Dell EMC and Accenture, focusing on employee engagement and process improvements.
