Wendy Ann Francis is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Learning and Development for CIB Americas at BNP Paribas since February 2021. With previous experience as Executive Director and Talent Advisor at J.P. Morgan, Wendy has overseen talent management strategies for a global workforce, providing comprehensive HR solutions and leading significant training initiatives. Wendy's earlier roles include advising on HR practices at Citi and Credit Suisse, where expertise in learning and development was honed.
